Annual Meeting Reports - 2018



Mililani Fil-Am Baptist Church is a cooperating partner with Hawaii Pacific Baptist Convention and the Filipino Southern Baptist Fellowship of the Pacific.  Both entities finished their annual meeting on Nov 8-9 and Nov 10 respectively.  Below are the following reports:

1.  HPBC Annual Meeting, Nov. 8-9, 2018

    • Cooperative Giving, $2,100.00
    • Mission: Lottie Moon Offering:  $310.00
    • Mission:  Annie Armstrong Offering:  $398.00
  • New officers of HPBC for 2018-2019
    • Steve Irvin (President; Pali View BC)
    • Sterling Lee (1st VP; FSBC of Pearl City)
    • Alan Krober (2nd VP; Miliani BC)
    • Lizzy McElrath (Recording Secretary; Olivet BC)

2.  FSBFPI Annual Meeting, Nov. 10, 2018

  • The meeting was hosted by Word of Truth, Ewa Beach. 
  • The morning started with a hearty breakfast
  • President Pastor Daniel Capinpin called the program in order
  • Joshua and Isaac Lopez and Pastor Bong Abagon led worship
  • Tessie Mindo, Treasurer, gave the annual financial report
  • Pastor Fermin Ancho, a long time partner in Hawaii churches preached the word reminding God's people to be steadfast. 
  • Three congregations and one pastor member gave report:
    • Hawaii Christian Baptist Church 
    • Word of Truth
    • Mililani Fil-Am Baptist Church
    • Pastor Glen Basuel of Village Park BC 
  • Closing prayer was offered by Pastor Glen Basuel
