WHAT TO DO:

Welcoming, Ushers, Bulletin - you are the first impression of the church attenders

• Arranges the worship venue to a particular theme
• Take care of visitors card.  Click here to use your phone and solicit the visitors information. 
• Prepares the church bulletin and any attachment or inserts

Welcome and Announcements

• Makes people at ease; Welcomes guests and give proper information for bathrooms, etc. 
• Makes announcements that people will remember

Song Leader

• Picks out worship songs, invitation and closing songs and engages people for worship

Offertory

• Prays for the offering
• Secures the offering and hands it to the next responsible

Special Music

• Offers worship to God through music and other creative means.
