Each church is invited to elect messengers.  5 messengers per 50 church members with a maximum of 15 messengers.

Agenda:  After nearly 2 years of reviewing and discussing OBN's current structure, the OBN Leadership Council has drafted a reorganization plan that will be presented for review and further action at the annual meeting. More information will be sent about this plan next Wednesday, Nov. 11.
